The hotel sits near españa plaza, which i liked. my room had many chairs and a king size bed. The space was quite generous. we even enjoyed the balcony daily, relaxing after our activities. the staff were efficient, and breakfast offered plenty of choices.
The housekeeper walked into our room without knocking at 8:39 am to clean. Checkout isn't until noon, i found it inappropriate. there was no warning. it was embarrassing honestly.

the location worked well. it was near the plaza. the room size was quite large. the kitchen had equipment so i could cook.
the air conditioning made a very loud noise. it woke me up at night. i found the breakfast to be embarrassing. i could have spent less at starbucks.

I found the location convenient, just steps from the metro station (made exploring super easy!). the room was large with a useful kitchenette. I prepared snacks and simple meals there. the staff was helpful and friendly. i really appreciated the excellent service.
the air conditioning unit was quite old and made some noise. it turned on and off intermittently and disrupted my sleep (i hope they replace it soon!).
